FAQ & rules
What is Broptimize?
Broptimize is a professional PC tuning, tweaking, and gaming PC optimization service with a dedicated one-on-one live session on every paid plan.
How do coupon codes work?
If you are not paying by card, open #create-ticket in the Broptimize Discord and enter your promo code when the bot asks — you’ll get $10-off PayPal / Cash App / Chime amounts. Card checkouts can use Stripe promotion codes on the website when available.
Is it banable?
No — it is not banable. Broptimize is system-level PC optimization: OS, drivers, BIOS, and application tuning. It does not inject into games, use cheats, macros, overlays that modify gameplay, or anything that violates game anti-cheat. You are tuning your hardware and Windows for lower latency and more stable FPS — the same category as a clean install and proper configuration, not a ban risk.
Service rules
Payment must be verified before the session starts. Be available for the live call. BIOS access is required for full tuning. Be respectful in Discord tickets and calls.
How do I get $10 off?
